Pro-Tech has served homeowners, businesses and the real estate industry successfully with Radon Testing and Mitigation Services for over 5 years. Our business has continually grown. We are Certified as a Firm with the Pa. Dept. of Environmental Protection. Our employees are all certified firm employees. We have a workforce that can provide prompt services in a more widespread area. We are fully insured, and a copy of, proof of insurance is available upon request. Jerry Wilver - Jerry was DEP certified in the late 1980's. As some of you know Jerry was a pioneer in the Radon industry and has over 20 years experience. He has done thousands of Radon Test, and installed Thousands of Radon Mitigation Systems. He has extensive experience in the Radon Industry.

Terry Wilver - Started Radon training in early 2003 and since has become certified for Radon Testing and Radon Mitigation. He has 6 years experience performing Radon Test, and 5 years experience installing Radon Mitigation systems.

Seth Wilver - Started Radon training in early 2006 and since has become certified for Radon Testing and Radon Mitigation. He has 2 years experience performing Radon Test, and over 5 years experience installing Radon Mitigation systems.

We also have 2 trained employees. We attend all required Continuing Educational programs to keep up to date with the radon industry and current DEP protocol and standards.

Limited Warranty

Pro-Tech Home and Business uses the Best Radon Fans Rated for the Radon Industry.

We use all quality materials for the installation of Radon Mitigation Systems. We strive to provide the best radon reduction systems in central Pa. Therefore Pro-Tech Home and Business warrants the work performed under this contract to be free of defects due to workmanship or materials for five (5) years from the date of installation. We guarantee after completion of the contracted work, that the radon levels in the livable areas will measure below 4 pCi/L for five (5) years after the date of the installation. Should a radon test be done according to EPA Protocol measure levels at or above 4 pCi/L, after the completion of the contracted work, Pro-Tech Home and Business will at no further cost to the homeowner, take whatever actions they deem necessary to reduce the levels to below 4 pCi/L. Due to the nature of radon gas, Pro-Tech Home and Business expressly disclaims any and all liability or responsibility for injury or damages to any person or property as a result of radon gas. All warranties and guarantees are automatically transferred if the property is sold. If any structural changes are made to the home, or if any changes or modifications are made (to the Radon Mitigation System that Pro-Tech initially installed) have a negative affect on Radon Entry, Pro-Tech Home and Business will not warranty that the level of Radon will remain below 4 pCi/L, thus voiding, that part of the warranty.

NOTICE TO CLIENTS

The Radon Certification Act Requires That Anyone Who Provides any Radon Related Service or Product to the General Public Must Be Certified by the Pennsylvania Department of environmental Protection. You are entitled to evidence of certification from any person who provides such services or products. You are also entitled to a price list for Services or Products Offered. All Radon Measurement Data will be sent to the Department as Required in the Act and will be Kept Confidential.
